How NINELUXE protects the details required to fulfil your order.
Information collected
We collect contact, delivery, personalization and payment-reference details necessary to process and support orders.
Customer accounts
Google sign-in is provided by Firebase Authentication. Your Firebase identifier links your name, email, phone, saved bag, wishlist, addresses and order history. Sign-in persists on this browser until you sign out or your session is revoked. Sign out on shared devices. Contact us to request account or personal-data deletion; order records required by law may be retained.
Payment data
Card and bank credentials are handled by approved payment providers. NINELUXE stores gateway references or UTR details, not card numbers.
Use and retention
Information is used for fulfilment, support, legal compliance and fraud prevention, with access limited to authorized administrators.
NINE consultations
NINE sends your written consultation and relevant earlier messages to Google Gemini to prepare cosmetic guidance. When you activate voice mode, short microphone audio chunks stream to Gemini Live for transcription and a spoken response over a temporary session. Do not include sensitive information you do not want processed. Consultations are kept in this browser tab’s session storage, not saved to your NINELUXE account; closing the tab may clear them. You can clear this archive from NINE. This application does not persist raw voice recordings. Provider processing is governed by Google’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
